*菜花の豚肉巻き
上にかけるソースが美味しかったです。
合わせ味噌30g、濃口醤油10cc、みりん20cc、砂糖大1、柚子の皮5g、(上にゴマ少々のせる)
(レシピにかいてた粉末だしは入れなかった)
柚子がなかったのでスダチでしたけどOK!
甘みのあるタレでとても美味しかったです。
四国新聞に載っていました。
菜花はお浸しくらいにしか使わないので、美味しそうなのでチャレンジしました。
茹でた菜花を塩コショウした豚バラで巻いて炒めるだけ。
ポイントは上にかけるソース!
とても美味しかったです。
