さぬき米「おいでまい」は特A

さぬき米「おいでまい」は特A
四国の産地品種では初めて「特A」と認められたさぬき米「おいでまい」です。
「おいでまい」とは讃井弁で「いらっしゃい」「来たら？」という意味だったかな？

今、南魚沼産「こしひかり」を食べているので…
年２回、my -daughter -in-lawの実家からいただくお歳暮、お中元の虎の子のお米です。
明朝、この「おいでまい」をたくんだけど…
違いが分かるかなぁ。気づくかなぁ。
