前日のピーマンの肉詰めの残りで、スープ煮です。 小さなサラダ玉ねぎを丸々煮込んで。 トマトも人参も圧力鍋で一緒に。 ハンバーグはあとから入れて味を調え、冷製に。 トマトの酸味がとても美味しいです。(^_-)-☆ この小さなサラダ玉ねぎ、とても甘くておいしいです。 すっかり気に入って、また買いました。(*^^)v
