暑い時は、台所の熱気がたまりませんね。そんな中で、毎日美味しいお料理を作っていらっしゃるbirdyさんを見習わなくては！(^^;; 引越し荷物で台所が使えないのをいい訳にして軽食続きのエメラルドです。反省！（≧∇≦）

お引越しの準備でお忙しいんだから、無理のないのが一番ですよ。
わたしもゴルフ帰りや夕飯準備時のアッシーの時は、スーパーのお弁当やお寿司ですませます。('◇')ゞ
