先日のお造りのアオリイカが残ったので冷凍してました。
それを辛子明太子で和えて
辛子明太子がたっぷりでとても美味しかったです。(^o^)v
＊枝豆がんも（生協）と小松菜の焚き合わせ
＊長芋の梅干し和え

私も烏賊と明太大好きです
他にも刻んだ葱と明太これのよく合い美味しいです、が、birdy さん葱嫌いでしたね　スイマセン

イカと明太子、あいますよね。
我が家も大好きです。
おネギの緑があったら見た目もきれいでいいんですが…
ウルトラも苦手なので、我が家でおネギを買うことは滅多にありません。m(_ _)m
