ニシンの山椒漬け「松前漬」－2017/12/27　Wed.

＊ニシンの山椒漬け「松前漬」
ババショフの石川のお友達から贈られたもの
山椒の味はイマイチしないけど
ニシンの燻製っぽい香りが強いです
長芋と
＊鶏の唐揚げ
＊茶碗蒸し（鶏もも肉、カニカマ、甘辛椎茸煮、三つ葉）
＊おじゃこときゅうりのお酢の物
＊白菜、人参、きゅうりの即席漬け
今回は梅昆布茶でしたけど、あまり梅の味はしなかったです

ニシン、おいしいですよね。私の年越しそばは「ニシンそば」で決まりですね。

本当のことを言うと、ニシン、苦手です
いただいたら食べるけど、自分では買いません　m(_ _)m

松前漬けというと昆布とイカというイメージですが、ニシンが入った物もあるんですね〜！

私のイメージもエメラルドさんと同じです
昆布、スルメイカですよね
数の子の入ってるのも美味しいですね

これ、やはり塩辛いです

こちらでは滅多に出ないので…
