ビール漬け、作ろうっと
きゅうり 1キロ
砂糖 200~300グラム
塩 30~50グラム
ビール 基本は200ml
(わたしはしっかり漬かるように200mlより多め)
辛子 適宜
よくもんで冷蔵庫で3~4日冷やします
完成!
色もきれいで、爽やかな味です
