先日の鶏ミンチハンバーグを甘辛タレでからめて
ちょっと甘みが強かったけど、しっとり落ち着いて美味しかったです ＊天ぷら（練り物）2種 高校生... ＊天ぷら（練り物）2種
高校生のアイディアの「梅しそ天」、美味しかったです　(^_-)-☆
柔らかい梅干しが入ってるんじゃなく、まだ硬いのが残ってる実と紫蘇
美味しいい！
ごぼ天と

*コーンとミニトマト

*ワカメとカニカマの胡麻酢和え

鶏ミンチは淡泊な味だから、工夫次第で色々味わえますね
デミソースで煮込もうと思ったんですが、さすがにデミと鶏は合わないだろうと思って…
平凡だけど、甘辛いタレを絡めました
