鶏もも肉、玉ねぎ、マッシュルーム、人参を塩コショウで炒めて
トマトカット缶をいれ、そこにすりおろした長芋をもいれてまぜます
器に入れて上にとろけるチーズをたっぷり　(^_-)-☆
レンジのグラタン仕様でチン！
完成です
久しぶりに作りました
とろとろで熱々で、とても美味しいです　(^_-)-☆ ＊堀部蒲鉾のおつまみセット J... ＊堀部蒲鉾のおつまみセット
JAにいくと出展してるので買います
色々入っていて…今回、チーズ入りがあった！　(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…
