豚ミンチで。餡はケチャップ中心で海老チリ風の味付け
ちょっと焦げたけど、中はふんわりして美味しかったです

＊アオリイカの糸づくり（冷凍） ＊冷ややっこ ＊長いも、細切り... ＊冷ややっこ

＊長いも、細切り昆布、ハチミツ梅干しのお酢の物
 ＊トアロードデリカテッセンのき... ＊トアロードデリカテッセンのきゅうりのピクルス

火は使いたくない！
ミンチボールを揚げるので精一杯です
あと1か月半くらいかな、苦行です

アオリ烏賊美味しいですよね　特に新子は
アオリイカこの時期日本海には新子がいますが食べれる大きさじゃありません　太平洋側の物なんでしょうね
