ウルトラが今回注文した鰻、切ってあった！
そこでお鍋、柳川鍋に　(^_-)-☆
牛蒡1本をたっぷり入れて…卵でしっかりとじて…
とても美味しかったです ＊真蛸のお造り ちょっと細い脚... ＊真蛸のお造り
ちょっと細い脚だったからどうかなと心配したけど
甘みもあって美味しかったです
北海道産だったかな？ ＊もずく、きゅうり、釜揚げちり... ＊もずく、きゅうり、釜揚げちりめんの胡麻酢和え

わたしもドジョウは苦手です
こちらでは味噌煮込みうどんにドジョウを入れるどじょううどんがあったけど、最近は見かけなくなりました
一度食べたけど…好みじゃないです
