松茸だぁ！
国産松茸がふんだんに！
美味しかったです。

ウルトラは仕事でいけなかった　 ので申しわけないけど、今秋の松茸はもうこれで十分です。(^_-)-☆



＊腰痛・初心者コース…水中walkingいろいろ
＊流水コース…これもまたまた水中walking
25mを40〜50秒で歩いたりキックしながらはきつい。1分近くかかります。
＊平泳ぎ…100ｍ
＊クロール…25ｍ×4
＊ビート板バタ足…25m×2　　これも意外ときついです。
