豚ミンチで作ります。
長ネギなどは入れず、お味噌、お酒、土生姜、お砂糖で。
今回は、ピリ辛バージョンも作ってみました。

ふろふき大根に乗せて。
わたしはやっぱり激辛はパスです。

アハハ、ネギきらいのbirdyさん、さすがにネギは入れないのですね。

白身の感じからホッケだとは思いましたが、小さめですね…。（笑）

温やっこにもいいですよ。

激辛のほうは、切干大根、人参を刻んだものも入れました。
それをまた胡麻油を引いたフライパンで炒め直しています。

激辛は自分も苦手です・・・。
ピリ辛ぐらいがちょうどいいかな・・・。

トマトがなんだか懐かしい気がしますねぇ・・・(^。^)
