毎月２０数人に、自治会の会報・ニュース等を、郵送している。
原則として主文は統一だが・必要に応じて追記・・各人当てには、バラバラ・追加資料も変えている。
それなりの反響もあり・館ケ丘団地に関心・興味をお持ちいただくように工夫している。
