＜目標に届かず＞ ＜目標に届かず＞

１日８０００歩を目標にしているが今日は今１歩届かなかった。。

降雨等天候不順の時や体調が今一の時は極力外出しないようにしているので（データ）を見ると極端な数字が記録されている。
それでも平均すると８０００歩以上になっている。

詳細を見ると（大半は（速足）で歩いている‥子どもの頃から（飛んでいる子）と言われてきたが、のんびり・ぶらぶら歩きは不得意のようだ。
