８２歳の小生は、最高齢の会員みたいです。
見た目若い方もいるので断言はできないが・モタモタしいるので年中助けてもらっている。
今日のメニュー・・
◎（ランニングマ）・時速６キロで１０分・前半５分は手放し・後半は遅れがちになったので片手はハンドルを握った。
◎（自転車こぎ１０分）前半は少し負荷をかけて・後半は軽めに
◎（右腕強化）２種類・持ち上げる～押し込むを、ゆっくり２０回繰り返す・・
３０分余り・体中が厚くない燃える感じになった。
多少オーバーペース気味だが、元気組に釣られない苦労する。
