昨年、滝さんの所で見つけた新生姜、酢漬けにしてとっても美味しくいただいたので、昨日初物が出ていたので、今年も作りました。 一ビン分で7ドルちょっとと市販品よりも高くつきますが、それでも自家製なので安心安全。
