シーフード(小海老とイカ)と白とブラウンマッシュルームのアヒージョです。
 
オリーブオイルに美味しい味が滲み出ているのでご飯に吸わせて残さず頂きました。
流石にちょっと胸焼け気味でした。(^^;

本当はバゲットに吸わせるんですが、今回はご飯にしてみました。やっぱりご飯だと重くなるのでパンが良さそうです。(^^;;
