本日のお取り寄せの枝豆は「ゆかた娘」でした。しおりに生産者の方は枝豆を水から茹でて沸いたら出来上がりの時短な茹で方をしていると書いてあったので、試してみました。(^^)
沸いたら直ぐとはいきませんでしたが、ちゃんと茹で上がってました。
