超多忙だというのに・・・バラ寿司が食べたくなりました。 おつかいに行きたくなかったので、あるもので。 生協だったので紅塩鮭、干し椎茸、高野豆腐がきたし・・・ 卵もいっぱいあるし… 生魚はないけど・・・決定! 干し椎茸を甘辛く煮てる間に、高野豆腐、人参をたいたり、 絹さやを塩ゆでしたり、紅塩鮭を焼いて。 錦糸卵は時間がかかるので、いり卵にして混ぜ込みます。(^^ゞ 気分転換になりました。(^_-)-☆ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
