今シーズン、最後の旬鍋でしょうか? やはり美味しいです。(^_^)v 簡単なんですが、面倒です。 白菜1枚の豚バラ肉を乗せて、それと3回繰り返して最後は白菜で鋏ます。 そういうのを、白菜3/4分で作ります。 豚バラ肉は600グラムです。 豚バラ肉が美味しいです。(^_^)v スープは鰹だしと白だし醤油、味醂で。 温まりますねぇ。
