2012/8/14 Tue. この季節、あちこちのおうどんやさんで「ひやかけ」を食べます。 つめたい麺につめたいお出汁をかけるの。 でも、器に氷をいれて冷やしてあるお店、初めて!(^_-)-☆ 素晴しいとおもいませんか? 安いセルフのお店で、一人あたりの単価が低いのに… 店主のこだわりを感じました。 「冷たいものはより冷たく!」(^_^)v この日は、麺の茹であがりを待ったので、ますます締まった美味しい麺でした。
