レモンのリキュール「リモンチェッロ」

2008年、東京から大三島へIターン就農し、無農薬柑橘栽培に取り組んでる、若いご夫婦のお店です。
古民家を修繕したお店。
そこが作ってる「島リキュール」です。
仕込みの水は、石鎚山系の伏流水。
いいレモンの香りがしてとても美味しかったです。
ただ、食中酒じゃないです。
食後酒。
冷凍して(凍らない)、シャリシャリっという感じで是非!
オシャレです。(^_-)-☆
