前日が秋刀魚のお造りだったので秋刀魚はやめようとおもったんですが、 よく太った秋刀魚がまたあったので。 2夜連続の秋刀魚です。 土生姜と梅干しで、圧力鍋で作りました。 骨までOK! 脂の乗った、とても美味しい秋刀魚でした。(^_^)v 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
