*お茄子と鶏ミンチ団子巾着のたいたん
おでんに作った巾着が残って、冷凍してあったので。
お揚げさんの色が、お茄子に染まってしまいます。
綺麗なお茄子も炊くと色がでてしまいます。
煮汁が黒くなって・・・
あれはなぜでしょうか?
お茄子自体の天然の色素ですよね?
なんかいつも心配になります。
