チンしたては柔らかくてとろとろ熱々なんですが、時間がたつと硬くなってくるのが難点です。
2回に分けて、もう一回10個をチンしました。
お出汁を作って三つ葉を散らして・・・
お店の雰囲気です。(^_-)-☆

前日、生協の共同購入できた冷凍の明石焼きの出番です。
初めて買いましたが、意外と美味しかったです。
ただ、お店で食べるほど、とろとろではなかったけど・・・
