*さごしの塩焼き
赤カブの甘酢漬けが綺麗につかりました。(^_^)v
余り塩焼きは好きじゃないんですが、このさごしは美味しかったです。
よく肥えてた、わたしみたい!
和食、「和食 日本人の伝統的な食文化」のユネスコの無形文化遺産の登録が決まりましたね。
この和食って、何をいうんだろ?
