ウルトラの高知土産の鯨の赤肉。 先ず、お造りで食べてこの日は定番の竜田揚げで。 とても柔らかくて、何のクセもなくとても美味しかったです。 昔、こんなに美味しかったかなぁ。 (小学校の給食では食べたことはないんですが…) 早春の味の生ワカメの茎もでていました。
