前日の「牛肉と牛蒡、糸こんにゃくのたいたん」を入れた卵まきです。 「卵焼き」が本当の名称のようですが、私はついつい「卵巻き」といってしまいます。('◇')ゞ お肉のたいたんに味がついているので、とても美味しいです。 ババショフはまだ大阪。 二泊三日です。
