志度CCで採ったタラの芽、しっかりおかずになりました。
産地直送です。(*^^)v

 ＊筍のたいたんと蕨、三つ葉のか... ＊筍のたいたんと蕨、三つ葉のかき揚げ
＊庭の蕗の天ぷら
＊辛子明太子レンコン ＊鯖のきずし ＊蕨と天ぷらのた... ＊鯖のきずし
＊蕨と天ぷらのたいたん
＊南京サラダ
山菜の天ぷらが続いています。
ゴルフ場だからちょっと除草剤などの薬害が心配だけど…
年に数本しか食べないから、まぁ~、いいでしょう。(^_-)-☆

蕨もウルトラが採って来てくれたので、前回の虎の子とともにいただきました。
春の恵みに感謝です。
