＊煮物（お大根、お蒟蒻、金時人参、お揚げさん、にぬき）
＊菊菜とシメジ、竹輪の胡麻和え
＊とりハム、トマト、キュウリのサラダ
前日の小春日和がウソのような、風の強い寒い一日でした。
こういう日は、根菜類の煮物が美味しいですね。(^_-)-☆

なるべく食材を多くと心がけているんですが、好き嫌いが多いので偏ってしまいます。
