またまた「お好み焼き」−2010/5/23 Sun.

「お給料前、お好み焼きnight」でしたが。
我が家は生地にキャベツ、イカ、海老、卵、紅ショウガを入れたのが基本です。
それに豚バラ肉などを乗せて焼きます。
まん中に辛子明太子を入れて、ポン酢醤油で食べる↑のも美味しいです。
生地に卵を入れず、まん中に目玉焼きのように落とすバージョン↓は、息子の好みです。
具の入れ方は千差万別。
ウルトラとわたし以外は、おネギたっぷり!
好きなように乗せます。
まさに「お好み」焼きですね。(^_-)-☆
