便秘症なんです。 心配したa daughter-in-lawが図書館で借りてきてくれました。 今、頑張ってます。 毎朝、苦手なヨーグルトを食べてます。 ブルーベリーを入れて。バナナも。(^_-)-☆ 炒め物にはオリーブオイル! 海草が足りないなぁ。 まだまだ欠けています。
