粕汁にしようか迷ってたけど、ハマチの照り焼きをするから豚汁に。 温まって美味しかったです。(^_-)-☆ 豚肉、牛蒡、お大根、金時人参、玉ねぎ、生椎茸、サツマイモ、お蒟蒻にお味噌。 これを豚肉→塩鮭、サツマイモ→小芋にしてお揚げさんをいれて、酒粕と白味噌にしたら粕汁。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
