＜フレイルってなに！＞

最近度々耳にする言葉だが・・健康と要介護の間の状態・・
＊　体重が減少（６ケ月で２～３㎏の減少）
＊　疲れやすい
＊　歩行速度の低下
＊　握力の低下
＊　身体活動量の低下

あてはまるものが３個以上あると＜フレイル＞の可能性があります。
小生は全部あてはまる・・
先日は、健康寿命（寝たきり・介護・支援にならない）と死亡までの期間を学習したが・・この中途半端な？期間らしい？

日本語ではなく・・カタカナ文字になると理解が難しい？
