小生は当初から（人口削減計画）に基づいて作成されたウイルスには距離を置いている。
当然治験も終了していない（ワクチン接種）は、興味がない。
多くの犠牲者が出ているのに（八王子市）が、中止しなのか疑問を感じていた。
職員の大半は未接種らしい？
中止・中断の権限は（政府～東京都）にあるそうだ。
