おでんは二日目が美味しいですね。いつもは、お出汁だけで炊いて赤みそダレと辛子と七味でいただくのですが、二日目はこの赤みそダレをお出汁の中に混ぜて味噌おでんにしました。もうちょっと濃くすれば良かったのですが、塩分控えめが目標なのでこれくらいで・・・。(;^_^A
