トレジョーで買ってきた冷凍のアルバコールツナが、ミニ冷蔵庫の中で解凍されてしまったので、9/6に西京味噌漬けにしました。3日以上寝かすと良いとレシピに書いてあったので、4日待ちました。 結果、味は浸みて美味しかったのですが、固かった〜!(≧∇≦) 何が原因なのか、まだお味噌があるのでリベンジしなくては。
