コールスローサラダを作ると、キャベツの芯が残ります。 いつもはアレックスのご飯になるんですが・・・ こうも葉物野菜が高いと、主婦としてはねぇ。 芯を千切りして塩して絞って。 山椒の実の佃煮(ババショフが今回はちょっと焦がした!)とお昆布の細切りを混ぜて、箸やすめに。 ちょっとお醤油を。 さっぱりして美味しかったです。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
