シッカリ塩して10分。 綺麗に洗い流して・・・お魚と同じ方法で塩してコショウで。 フライパンでじっくりと。 皮をカリカリに。 絶対触らないこと!コレがコツだそうです。(^_-)-☆ ひっくり返してまたしっかり焼いて完成! カラっと焼き上がりました。
