ニンジャを買ったので、スムージーです。 牛乳、ヨーグルト、バナナ、ブルーベリーと、少しのハチミツ。 毎朝食べていたヨーグルト、ブルーベリーの替わりです。 朝イチに飲んで、walking。 それから朝ご飯。 体にいいはずなんだけど、体重は・・・落ちませぬ。(;一_一)
