いただいた牡蠣、焼くのは殻がプチプチはねるので、電子レンジでチンしました。 ジューシーで美味しかったそうです。 面倒だけど、2回にわけてチンしました…愛情ということにしておきます。(^_-)-☆ 残りの剥き身はカキフライに。 私は両方とも無理ですが・・・
