先日の中居君の金スマでしていた鶏のから揚げ特集。 金スマのレシピでしてみました。 焼き肉のたれと米粉、二度揚げがポイント! ふっくら美味しくできました。(^_^)v ただ…甘口の焼き肉のたれ(オタフクソース)だったので、甘かった! 次はエバラの辛口でしてみよう! ババショフ、まだ本調子じゃないです。
