飯が入ってないし、お魚も煮つけだし… たいたん(=煮つけたもの)を天ぷらにしました。 大好き! 味がよくしゅんでいて、とてもおいしいです。 お薦めです。 「たいたん」を天ぷらにするのは、讃岐の郷土料理です。(^_-)-☆
