マンネリなのでネット検索。 コレに決定! 梅肉ソースの酸味と、たっぷりのすりゴマがとても美味しかったです。 レンジでチンするので、火もつかわず・・・だけど、 豚肉はチンだけでは火が通らず、わたしは炒めたけど。 お茄子はチンだけでOK! 梅肉ソースを作っておけば、あとは和えるだけ。 簡単で美味しいです。 お薦め!(^_-)-☆
