KUMAさんがアップされていたのを見て、作りました。 ちょうど「お造り可」の秋刀魚が安くでていたので。 お魚屋のおっちゃんに 「どこまでしてくれる?全部、自力?」 「3枚におろしたげるわ」と。 やったー!(*^^)v お昼前、お使いから帰ってすぐに塩して、甘酢に漬けて6:00頃まで。 皮がきれいに剥けました。 秋刀魚のきずしのバラ寿司の完成です。(秋刀魚4尾) とても美味しかった! 酢飯の塩梅も大成功!(*^^)v
