夏が旬の冬瓜、いっぱい出ていました。 冬まで貯蔵できる瓜だから「冬瓜」らしいけど… 皮が硬いので分厚くむかないといけない。 それが大変!手が滑りそうで怖くて肩が凝りました。 でも、柔らかくてとろとろの「冬瓜のそぼろあんかけ」ができました。(*^^)v
