*鶏ハム パストラミ風に
鶏ハム、1本は粗びき胡椒を外側にふりかけて作りました。
引きたての粒胡椒の香りが残っていて、とても美味しくできました。
あと1本は普通の鶏ハムに。
*鶏ハム2種とブロッコリー、トマト
*ブリの照り焼き 赤かぶの甘酢づけを添えて
*山ぶき山椒(生協)
*ほうれん草の釜揚げしらす和え
