前夜のすき焼きの残りで
*和牛上ロースのしゃぶしゃぶ
*猪肉のソテー、新玉と菊菜の茎のソテーを添えて
*ブロッコリー、トマト
*筍のたいたん
意外と多くのお肉が残って、この日は残り物で済みました。
前夜はすき焼きだったので、しゃぶしゃぶに。
猪はソテーにしたけど、ちょっと硬くなります。
「すきしゃぶ用」だけあって、お鍋のほうが美味しかったです。
