淡竹の姫皮とゲソの辛子酢味噌和...
スーパーのお魚屋さんのパートのおばちゃんだから、甲イカの名前はわかりませんでした。
紋甲イカの大きなのが出てたから、その小さいのかも。
小さいけど、お造りは甘味があって美味しかったです。

ゲソはサッと茹でて、先日の淡竹の姫皮と辛子酢味噌和えに。
まだ無事な我が家の木の芽を彩に乗せて、5月の爽やかな1品になりました。(^_-)-☆

＊鶏ミンチ団子と、青梗菜、シメジ、人参の中華餡かけ
＊そら豆の塩ゆで
＊トマト

美味しかったですよぉ～。
辛子酢味噌にしました。
食べるとき、木の芽は外して混ぜて食べます。

わたしも下の硬いところは苦手です。
姫皮はワカメとも合うし、お味噌汁でもいい。
美味しいですよね。
